Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7–14 days of receiving your order.

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Our team will provide instructions for shipping the items back.

  3. Pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your item, your return or exchange will be processed.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive your returned items.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • If the requested item is not available, we may offer a store credit or refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
